Privacy Policy

ColorMyListing (colormylisting.com) is run by Kelly Mason, a sole proprietor in Lake Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to make your pages and run your account, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you confirm with a 6-digit code. It's your account and where we send your pages.
- Your contact card details: name, business or brokerage, phone and website, if you enter them.
- Page details: the address, date and headline you type for each page.
- Your photos: the home photo and headshot you upload, used to make the drawings.
- Plan and payment records: which plan you have and how many pages you've made. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept briefly to prevent abuse like repeated sign-in attempts.
What stays on your device
To save you typing, the page maker remembers the details you enter, your sign-in, and your finished cartoon portrait in your own browser's storage. You can clear them by signing out or clearing your browser's site data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To make your coloring pages and email you a copy.
- To keep track of your free page, paid pages and plan.
- To answer your questions and send account emails, like sign-in codes and receipts.
- To send occasional emails about ColorMyListing, such as new features and offers. You can stop these any time by replying "unsubscribe."
Who helps us run the service
We share information only with the companies that power the site, and only what each needs:
- OpenAI turns your photos into drawings. Under OpenAI's API terms, uploaded content is not used to train its models and may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Stripe processes payments and manages plans.
- Netlify hosts the website and keeps your account balance.
- Google Workspace sends and receives our email.
- Airtable and Make keep our customer and page records and connect our tools.
We don't sell or rent your information. We may share it if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We don't keep your uploaded photos after your drawing is made, apart from the short period OpenAI holds them as described above. We keep your account and page records while your account is active and for as long as needed for taxes and accounting. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your records within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
Your choices
Email hello@colormylisting.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop marketing emails. You can cancel a plan any time from "Manage or cancel my plan" on the page maker.
Children
The coloring pages are made for kids to enjoy, but the site itself is for adult real estate professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Amazon links
Some links go to Amazon, where Amazon's own privacy policy applies. As an Amazon Associate, ColorMyListing earns from qualifying purchases.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders about important changes.
