ColorMyListing (colormylisting.com) turns a photo of a home into a printable coloring page with your cartoon portrait and contact details. It is run by Kelly Mason, a sole proprietor in Lake Dallas, Texas ("we" or "us"). By making a page or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use it

ColorMyListing is for real estate professionals and other adults using it for their business. You must be at least 18. You're responsible for the email address you sign in with and for anything made under it.

Your free page

Each email address gets one free page. Free pages include a small "Made with ColorMyListing" line at the bottom. One free page per person, please; we may block accounts we believe were created to get extra free pages.

Paid pages and plans

• Single page, $1.99: one coloring page of one home.
• Agent plan, $4.99 a month or $49 a year: up to 30 pages a month for one agent. This is a fair-use limit to keep prices low; contact us if you need more.
• Redraws: each page includes 2 free redraws of the same photo within 2 days, in case you'd like a different drawing.
• Team and brokerage plans: arranged by email at hello@colormylisting.com.

Prices are in US dollars and may change. We'll give subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects them. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Sales tax may be added where required.

Renewals and canceling

Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from "Manage or cancel my plan" on the page maker, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Pages are digital and delivered right away, so payments are generally not refundable. If a drawing fails to finish, the page is credited back to you automatically. If something else goes wrong, or you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, email hello@colormylisting.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Your photos and information

Only upload photos you have the right to use, such as your own headshot and listing photos you're licensed to market. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process your photos and details only as needed to make and deliver your pages. We won't show your pages in our own marketing unless you tell us we may.

Please don't upload anything other than the outside of a home and your own headshot, and nothing that's unlawful, hateful, or inappropriate for children.

Your pages

The finished pages are yours to print, copy, hand out, mail and post for your business, as many times as you like. Drawings are made by artificial intelligence from your photo. They are artistic interpretations and may not match the home exactly, so check each page before you print a stack.

Crayon links

Some links on the site go to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, ColorMyListing earns from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Products bought on Amazon are sold and supported by Amazon, not by us.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep ColorMyListing running, but the site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service, for example by uploading prohibited content or abusing free pages. If we close a paid account for a reason other than misuse, we'll refund any unused time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email subscribers about important changes. Using the site after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
